神秘的招聘广告

网络上流传过许多Google的招聘题目，多数都是相当有难度的，Google在挖掘人才方面一直走在微软前面。现在有一篇招聘广告正被不断的google（动词），一家匿名技术公司用了一个谜题来考验开发者的智慧。招聘全文如下： 01/18/2008
1.你是位艺术家，软件就是自我表达。
2.你相信总存在更好的办法。
3.你热爱积极变化，即使这意味着需要不断更新知识。
4......
这些都是关于团队工作，自我修养之类的废话，最关键的是下面几句：
11.请你寻找出日期“01/18/2008”的意义。
12.你能发现我们是谁，以及如何联系我们（不要通过电子邮件询问我们，我们不会回答的。）？

    看起来好像是个函数，+号的意思不太明白，暂且不管，括号里的可能是参数，也暂且不管。

    先用base64对括号前面的部分（包括"+"）解码后，得到： { ':' => '', ' ' => '-', 's\n' => 's.com\n' }

    看起来好像可以行得通。在终端里用等宽字体来看，这个字符串的意思大概是“把:替换为空，把空格替换为-，把s\n替换为s.com\n”。

    对于我来说，目标比较清楚的分析也就到此为止了。base64解码得到的东西看起来应该是用在某个字符串上的规则，看起来有点像一个网址，当然也可能不是。前面提到过电子邮件，也可能是个邮件地址。但是\n很可能就是表示换行，这个或许表示还有第二行活着更多行文字，说不定是电话，人名之类。

    我只能分析到这种程度，这种东西给喜欢玩推理的黑客们去解决比较好。这真的是招程序员么？

    故弄玄虛了點，當游戲玩玩可以，真的想招攬人才，會不會讓人感覺是在炒作？程序員們能接受這種不太靠譜的招聘方式么？
